This research project focuses on the implementation of virtual assistants in the office environment and explores their impact on overall productivity. The study aims to investigate the potential benefits and challenges associated with integrating virtual assistants into office operations. The research begins with a thorough introduction to the topic, providing background information on the evolution of virtual assistants and their relevance in the context of office technology. The problem statement highlights the existing gaps in knowledge surrounding the effective implementation of virtual assistants in office settings. The objectives of the study are outlined to guide the research process, along with a discussion of the limitations and scope of the study. A comprehensive literature review is conducted in Chapter Two, which examines existing research and studies related to virtual assistants and office productivity.
