This research project focuses on the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in office administration to enhance operational efficiency. With the advancement of technology, organizations are seeking innovative solutions to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and improve overall productivity. The integration of RPA in office administration offers a promising opportunity to achieve these objectives by leveraging software robots to perform rule-based tasks with speed and accuracy. The research begins with a comprehensive exploration of the background of the study, highlighting the growing significance of automation in modern workplaces. It identifies the problem of manual and time-consuming administrative tasks that can hinder operational efficiency and lead to errors. The objectives of the study are defined to assess the impact of RPA implementation on office administration processes, including cost savings, time efficiency, and error reduction. Limitations and scope of the study are outlined to provide a clear understanding of the research boundaries and focus areas. The significance of the study lies in its potential to revolutionize traditional office administration practices and pave the way for a more streamlined and efficient workflow.
