The continuous advancement of technology has revolutionized various aspects of businesses and organizations, including training and development practices in office settings. This research project explores the implementation of Virtual Reality (VR) technology for office training and development, aiming to enhance learning experiences and improve employee performance. The research begins with an introduction that provides an overview of the study, followed by a background section that discusses the evolution of training methods in office environments. The problem statement highlights the existing challenges and inefficiencies in traditional training approaches, leading to the research objective, which is to investigate the effectiveness of VR technology in enhancing office training programs. The study also addresses the limitations of the research, defines its scope, and emphasizes the significance of integrating VR technology into office training practices. Chapter two presents a comprehensive literature review that examines existing studies, theories, and practices related to VR technology, office training, and employee development. The review encompasses ten key areas, including the benefits of VR technology in training, challenges in implementation, and best practices for maximizing its effectiveness in office settings. Chapter three outlines the research methodology employed in this study, detailing the research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, and data analysis procedures.
