<p> </p><div><p>An effective leadership is a leadership where leader provides direction to the efforts of the workers, guide groups activities and ensures that groups objectives are achieved. &nbsp;Without good and effective leadership, an organization would be comprised of uncoordinated group of people lacking unity and direction. The democratic leadership style is a leadership style, where the subordinate are allowed to join in decision making and the welfare of the subordinate is also considered. &nbsp;In this case, a secretary will be motivated to sue the skills one acquired to perform her job effectively.
