Telehealth, the delivery of healthcare services through digital communication technologies, has emerged as a promising solution to address healthcare disparities in rural communities. This research study explores the impact of telehealth on patient care in rural communities from a nursing perspective. The study aims to investigate how telehealth interventions influence patient outcomes, access to care, and overall healthcare delivery in rural settings. Chapter one provides an introduction to the research, offering background information on telehealth, presenting the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and defining key terms. Chapter two focuses on a comprehensive review of the existing literature related to telehealth, patient care in rural communities, nursing roles in telehealth, and the impact of telehealth on healthcare outcomes. In chapter three, the research methodology is detailed, including the research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, ethical considerations, and limitations of the study. Chapter four presents a thorough discussion of the research findings, analyzing the impact of telehealth on patient care, nursing practices, and healthcare delivery in rural communities.
