Telehealth has emerged as a promising solution to improve healthcare delivery, particularly in home care nursing settings. This research aims to investigate the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in home care nursing. The study will explore how telehealth technologies influence patient care, satisfaction, and overall health outcomes. A comprehensive literature review will be conducted to understand the current state of telehealth implementation in home care nursing and its effects on patient outcomes. The methodology of this research will involve a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of patient data and qualitative interviews with home care nurses and patients. Data will be collected from multiple home care agencies using telehealth technologies to monitor and manage patient care remotely. The research will also consider the perspectives of healthcare providers and patients regarding the benefits and challenges of telehealth in home care nursing. The findings of this study will contribute to the existing body of knowledge on telehealth in home care nursing and provide insights into the effectiveness of telehealth technologies in improving patient outcomes.
