Telehealth has emerged as a promising solution for managing chronic diseases in older adults, offering convenient access to healthcare services without the need for in-person visits. This systematic review aims to explore the effectiveness of telehealth in managing chronic diseases in older adults. The study will examine existing literature to evaluate the impact of telehealth interventions on various chronic conditions prevalent in the older adult population. By synthesizing and analyzing the findings from relevant studies, this research seeks to provide insights into the benefits and limitations of telehealth in improving health outcomes and quality of life for older adults with chronic diseases. The introduction section sheds light on the growing importance of telehealth in healthcare delivery, particularly in the context of managing chronic diseases among older adults. The background of the study provides a comprehensive overview of telehealth technologies and their applications in the care of older adults with chronic conditions. The problem statement highlights the challenges faced by healthcare providers and older adults in managing chronic diseases, emphasizing the need for innovative solutions such as telehealth.
