This systematic review explores the impact of telehealth interventions on patient outcomes in the management of chronic diseases. The study aims to synthesize existing evidence and identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities in the implementation of telehealth technologies. The introduction provides a comprehensive overview of the research topic, highlighting the growing importance of telehealth in healthcare delivery and the need for evidence-based evaluations of its impact on patient outcomes. The background of the study discusses the evolution of telehealth technologies and their applications in chronic disease management, setting the stage for the review. The problem statement emphasizes the gap in current literature regarding the specific effects of telehealth interventions on patient outcomes in chronic disease management.
