This research project aims to investigate the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in the context of home care nursing. The study will explore how the integration of telehealth technologies influences various aspects of patient care and health outcomes, including patient satisfaction, quality of care, and health monitoring. The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to examine existing studies and theories related to telehealth, patient outcomes, and home care nursing. This review will provide a theoretical framework for understanding the potential benefits and challenges associated with telehealth implementation in home care settings. The methodology chapter will outline the research design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques to be employed in this study. A mixed-methods approach will be utilized, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with home care nurses and patients.
