This comparative study aims to investigate the impact of telehealth services on patient outcomes in elderly care settings. The research will compare traditional in-person care with telehealth interventions to assess their effectiveness in enhancing patient outcomes, such as health status, quality of life, and healthcare utilization. The study will be conducted using a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of patient data and qualitative assessment of patient and provider experiences with telehealth services. A sample of elderly patients receiving care through telehealth services will be compared with a control group receiving traditional care to evaluate differences in health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
