Telehealth, a rapidly evolving field that incorporates technology to deliver healthcare services remotely, has emerged as a potential solution to improve access to care and enhance health outcomes among this vulnerable demographic. This study focuses on exploring the effectiveness and feasibility of implementing telehealth interventions specifically tailored to address the complex needs of elderly patients with chronic illnesses residing in long-term care facilities. The research begins with a comprehensive introduction that outlines the background of the study, highlights the significance of the research area, and provides a detailed overview of the research structure.
