This research study aims to explore the use of telehealth in managing chronic conditions in elderly patients through a systematic review. The increasing prevalence of chronic conditions among the elderly population poses significant challenges to healthcare systems worldwide. Telehealth has emerged as a promising solution to improve access to care, enhance disease management, and promote better health outcomes, particularly for elderly patients with chronic conditions. This systematic review will critically evaluate existing literature on the effectiveness of telehealth interventions in managing chronic conditions in elderly patients. The research will begin with a comprehensive introduction that highlights the background of the study, identifies the research problem, states the objectives, discusses the limitations and scope of the study, underscores its significance, and outlines the structure of the research. Chapter One provides a solid foundation for understanding the context and rationale behind the study. Chapter Two will focus on an in-depth literature review that examines various studies, articles, and reports related to telehealth interventions in managing chronic conditions among elderly patients.
