Telehealth, the use of technology to deliver healthcare remotely, has emerged as a promising solution for improving chronic disease management in elderly patients. This comparative study investigates the impact of telehealth interventions on chronic disease management in elderly populations. The research aims to provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of telehealth in enhancing patient outcomes, improving access to care, and reducing healthcare costs for this vulnerable demographic. The study begins with a comprehensive review of the existing literature on telehealth and chronic disease management in elderly patients. The review explores the benefits and challenges of telehealth interventions, as well as the current gaps in research that warrant further investigation. By synthesizing the findings from previous studies, this research sets the stage for a detailed examination of the impact of telehealth on chronic disease management in elderly populations. Methodologically, this study employs a comparative approach to analyze the effectiveness of telehealth interventions in managing chronic diseases in elderly patients.
