Telemedicine, the use of technology to deliver healthcare remotely, has gained significant attention as a potential solution to improve chronic disease management in elderly patients. This research study aims to investigate the impact of telemedicine on chronic disease management in elderly patients, with a focus on its effectiveness, challenges, and implications for healthcare delivery. The study will explore the current landscape of telemedicine in chronic disease management, identify key factors influencing its adoption and implementation, and assess its impact on patient outcomes, quality of care, and healthcare costs. A mixed-methods approach will be employed, including a comprehensive literature review, qualitative interviews with healthcare providers and elderly patients, and quantitative analysis of healthcare data.
