Telehealth has emerged as a promising technology in healthcare, offering opportunities to improve patient outcomes and access to care. This research project aims to explore the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in home care nursing settings. The study will investigate the effectiveness of telehealth interventions in managing chronic conditions, enhancing patient education, and improving overall health outcomes in the context of home-based care. The research will be guided by a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. A comprehensive literature review will be conducted to provide a theoretical framework for the study, examining existing evidence on the use of telehealth in home care nursing and its impact on patient outcomes. The methodology will involve recruiting a sample of home care nursing patients who are receiving telehealth services and comparing their outcomes with a control group receiving traditional in-person care. Data will be collected through patient surveys, medical records review, and interviews with healthcare providers to assess the effects of telehealth on patient health outcomes, satisfaction, and adherence to treatment plans. Findings from the study will be analyzed using statistical methods and thematic analysis to identify patterns and trends in patient outcomes associated with telehealth interventions.
