Telehealth technologies have emerged as a promising solution to bridge the gap in healthcare access, especially for elderly patients with chronic conditions. The research will begin by providing a comprehensive introduction to the topic, highlighting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definition of terms. The literature review will delve into ten key aspects related to telehealth technology, chronic disease management in the elderly population, and previous studies on the subject. The research methodology section will outline the approach taken to investigate the research questions, including the research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, ethical considerations, and potential limitations.
