This research study investigates the impact of telehealth on chronic disease management in elderly patients through a comparative analysis. The objective is to assess the effectiveness of telehealth interventions in improving health outcomes, patient satisfaction, and overall healthcare quality for elderly individuals with chronic diseases. The research begins with an in-depth introduction, providing background information on the increasing prevalence of chronic diseases among the elderly population and the challenges associated with traditional healthcare delivery methods. The problem statement highlights the limitations and gaps in current chronic disease management practices, emphasizing the need for innovative solutions such as telehealth. The objectives of the study are clearly defined to evaluate the comparative effectiveness of telehealth interventions in managing chronic diseases in elderly patients.
