Telehealth, the provision of healthcare services remotely through the use of technology, has gained significant attention in recent years for its potential to improve patient outcomes in chronic disease management. This systematic review aims to investigate the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes, focusing on chronic disease management. The review will examine studies that have assessed the effectiveness of telehealth interventions in improving health outcomes, patient satisfaction, quality of life, and healthcare utilization among individuals with chronic conditions. The systematic review will follow a rigorous methodology, including a comprehensive search of electronic databases, screening of studies based on predefined criteria, data extraction, and synthesis of findings. Studies included in the review will be critically appraised for their quality and risk of bias to ensure the reliability of the results. The review will provide insights into the current evidence on the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in chronic disease management, identifying key findings and trends in the literature.
