The research begins with a comprehensive review of relevant literature on antibiotic resistance, the mechanisms underlying it, and the potential of plant extracts as alternative antimicrobial agents. This literature review highlights the importance of exploring natural sources of antimicrobial compounds to combat antibiotic resistance effectively.
