This research aims to analyze the impact of code-switching on bilingual communication, focusing on its implications for language processing, sociolinguistic factors, and cognitive effects. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical analysis, this study seeks to provide insights into the reasons behind code-switching, its effects on language comprehension and production, and its role in shaping bilingual identities and communication patterns. The research methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative analysis of code-switched speech samples with quantitative measurements of language proficiency and cognitive processing.
