Code-switching, the alternation between two or more languages within a single discourse, is a prevalent linguistic phenomenon observed in bilingual speech communities worldwide. This research aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of code-switching patterns in bilingual speech communities, focusing on the factors influencing code-switching, the types of code-switching observed, and the social and linguistic implications of code-switching behavior. The study utilizes a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses to provide a detailed examination of code-switching practices.
