The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology into Library Management Systems has the potential to revolutionize the way libraries operate and provide services to users. This research project explores the implementation of AI in library settings, focusing on its impact on efficiency, user experience, and overall effectiveness of library services. The study delves into the current landscape of library management systems, the challenges faced by libraries, and the opportunities that AI presents for addressing these challenges. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the research topic, including the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definition of key terms. This chapter sets the foundation for understanding the importance of integrating AI into library management systems.
