This research project aims to explore the potential of utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance the user experience in libraries. The integration of AI technologies in library services has the potential to revolutionize how users interact with library resources and services, ultimately leading to improved access, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The study will focus on investigating the current landscape of AI applications in libraries, identifying the challenges and opportunities of implementing AI technologies, and assessing the impact of AI on user experience. The research will begin with an introduction that provides a background of the study, highlighting the increasing importance of AI in the library and information science field. The problem statement will outline the existing limitations of traditional library services and the potential benefits of integrating AI technologies. The objectives of the study will be clearly defined to guide the research process, while the limitations and scope of the study will be outlined to provide a clear understanding of the research boundaries. A comprehensive literature review will be conducted in Chapter Two, exploring ten key studies and resources on AI applications in library settings. The review will cover a range of topics, including AI technologies used in libraries, the impact of AI on user experience, and best practices for implementing AI in library services. This section will provide a solid foundation for understanding the current state of AI in libraries and identify gaps in existing research. Chapter Three will focus on the research methodology, detailing the research design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques employed in the study. At least eight contents will be discussed, including the selection of research participants, data collection instruments, and ethical considerations. The methodology will be carefully designed to ensure the reliability and validity of the research findings. In Chapter Four, the findings of the study will be presented and discussed in detail. The discussion will cover seven key items, including the impact of AI on library user experience, user perceptions of AI technologies, and challenges faced in implementing AI in libraries. The results will be analyzed to provide insights into the effectiveness of AI in enhancing library services and user satisfaction. The final chapter, Chapter Five, will provide a comprehensive conclusion and summary of the research project.
