This research project investigates the impact of emerging technologies on library services and user experience, aiming to provide insights into the evolving landscape of library practices in the digital age. The study is motivated by the need to understand the implications of technological advancements on traditional library services and the overall user satisfaction and engagement. Chapter One of the research project provides an introduction to the topic, presenting the background of the study, the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definitions of key terms. The chapter sets the foundation for the subsequent discussions on the impact of emerging technologies on library services and user experience. Chapter Two comprises a comprehensive literature review that explores ten key areas related to the integration of emerging technologies in libraries. The review delves into the evolution of library services, the role of technology in information dissemination, user behavior and preferences, digital resources management, and the challenges and opportunities faced by libraries in adopting new technologies.
