<p> This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of library services in meeting the information and accessibility needs of individuals with cognitive disabilities. It will assess the challenges faced by this user group, examine the existing library services and accommodations, and explore the impact of these services on the empowerment and inclusion of individuals with cognitive disabilities within library environments. <br></p>

This research project seeks to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of library services in meeting the unique information and accessibility needs of individuals with cognitive disabilities, with the overarching goal of fostering empowerment and inclusion within library environments.</div><div>The introduction of this study sets the stage by highlighting the critical importance of understanding and addressing the information and accessibility needs of individuals with cognitive disabilities within the library context. It outlines the challenges faced by this user group, emphasizing the significance of creating inclusive and supportive spaces within libraries. By examining these aspects, the research seeks to provide insights into the effectiveness of library efforts in addressing the information and accessibility needs of individuals with cognitive disabilities, as well as the considerations and strategies that contribute to successful implementation.</div><div>Moreover, the study aims to derive recommendations and future directions for inclusive library services, aiming to explore best practices, policy and advocacy efforts, and collaborative partnerships for community empowerment.
