The study seeks to explore the unique information needs and challenges faced by older adults, examine the existing initiatives and programs offered by libraries to enhance information literacy among this demographic, and evaluate the effectiveness of these efforts. By employing a mixed-methods approach, the research aims to provide insights into the impact of library-based information literacy programs on the knowledge, skills, and confidence of older adults in utilizing information resources, with the goal of informing best practices for promoting information literacy in this population. <br></p>
