The study will investigate the role of library consortia in enhancing access to diverse collections, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering collaborative initiatives among member libraries. By employing a mixed-methods approach, the research seeks to analyze the effectiveness of library consortia in meeting the evolving needs of library users, identify challenges and opportunities, and propose strategies for maximizing the impact of consortia on collection development and resource sharing. <br></p>
