The study will examine various assessment and evaluation techniques, their application in library settings, and their impact on service enhancement. By utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research seeks to analyze the strengths and limitations of existing assessment and evaluation methods, identify best practices, and propose recommendations for optimizing library services through effective assessment and evaluation. <br></p>
