<p> This study aims to assess the impact of library fines and fees on user behavior. By examining the effects of fines and fees on borrowing patterns, resource utilization, and library engagement, the research seeks to understand how these financial policies influence user behavior and access to library services. Through a mixed-methods approach, including user surveys, transaction data analysis, and qualitative assessments, the study will explore the implications of library fines and fees on user behavior, with the goal of identifying strategies for promoting equitable access and user satisfaction in library settings. <br></p>
