Through a comprehensive review of literature, this research synthesizes existing knowledge on the subject and identifies gaps in current understanding. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, outlining the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definition of key terms. Chapter Two presents a thorough literature review encompassing ten key areas related to digital technologies, information literacy, and library science education. The review explores the historical development, theoretical frameworks, best practices, and emerging trends in the field, providing a foundation for the subsequent chapters.
