By examining the role of user empowerment in community building, the study endeavors to provide insights into best practices and challenges in fostering a sense of community within library settings.</div><div>Drawing upon a theoretical framework and existing literature, the research will delve into the various user empowerment initiatives implemented by libraries, their impact on community building, and the challenges faced in implementing such initiatives.
