It will investigate the adoption of OER by academic libraries, the impact on teaching and learning, the challenges and opportunities associated with OER integration, and the implications for library services and academic institutions. The research will utilize a mixed-methods approach to gather data, analyze the findings, and provide insights into the effective use of OER in academic library settings. <br></p>
