This research project delves into the legal implications of integrating AI technologies within the criminal justice system, focusing on how these technologies impact key aspects of law enforcement, judicial decision-making, and overall justice outcomes. The study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the opportunities and challenges presented by AI in this context, shedding light on the ethical, legal, and societal implications that arise. The introduction sets the stage by outlining the background of the study, the problem statement, research objectives, limitations, scope, significance, and defining key terms to provide a clear understanding of the research context.
