It will examine the evolution of international legal frameworks pertaining to gender equality, analyze the role of international human rights law in promoting and protecting women's rights, and assess the effectiveness of these mechanisms in addressing gender-based discrimination and inequality. The study seeks to provide a comprehensive analysis of the legal, ethical, and social dimensions that shape the impact of international human rights law on gender equality and women's rights, aiming to foster a deeper understanding of the complexities inherent in advancing gender equality on a global scale. <br></p>

It will then delve into the examination of key international conventions and treaties related to women's rights, analyzing the role of international human rights bodies in protecting and promoting women's rights, and presenting case studies of landmark legal decisions and their impact on advancing gender equality.</div><div>Furthermore, the project will explore gender-based discrimination and its intersection with other forms of discrimination, examining the role of international human rights law in addressing intersectional discrimination against women and discussing ethical considerations in addressing systemic gender-based discrimination within legal frameworks.
