Local governments play a significant role in the delivery of health care services to their citizens. This research project aims to provide an appraisal of the relationship between local government structures and health care delivery systems. By examining the roles, responsibilities, and resources allocated to local governments in the health care sector, this study seeks to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of these arrangements in meeting the healthcare needs of the population. The study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of health care outcomes and qualitative assessment of local government policies and practices. By analyzing data from multiple sources, including government reports, academic studies, and interviews with key stakeholders, the research will offer a comprehensive evaluation of the impact of local government involvement in health care delivery.
