The Anammco Workers Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society is a vital component of the Anambra Motor Manufacturing Company (ANAMMCO) operations, providing various services and benefits to its members. This research project aims to conduct a detailed appraisal of the activities and management methods of the Anammco Workers Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society. The study will involve examining the historical background of the co-operative society, its objectives, structure, membership composition, and the range of services provided. Furthermore, the research will delve into the management methods employed by the co-operative society in overseeing its operations and meeting the needs of its members. This will include an assessment of the decision-making processes, financial management practices, governance structure, and mechanisms for ensuring transparency and accountability. By analyzing these aspects, the study seeks to provide insights into the effectiveness of the management methods employed by the Anammco Workers Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society.
