The global outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly transformed the way organizations operate, leading to a widespread adoption of remote work arrangements to ensure business continuity and employee safety. This research study aims to investigate the impact of remote work on employee engagement and productivity in the post-pandemic era, with a specific focus on XYZ Company as a case study. The study seeks to explore how remote work practices have influenced employee engagement levels and productivity outcomes within the organization, considering various factors such as communication, collaboration, work-life balance, and job satisfaction. The research methodology will involve a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data from employees at XYZ Company.
