Sustainable agricultural practices have gained significant attention in recent years due to their potential to improve rural household income and enhance food security. This research project investigates the impact of sustainable agricultural practices on rural household income and food security in order to provide valuable insights for policymakers, researchers, and practitioners. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of household income data with qualitative interviews to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, including the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definition of key terms. Chapter Two presents a comprehensive literature review, covering ten key themes related to sustainable agricultural practices, rural household income, and food security. The review synthesizes existing knowledge and identifies gaps in the literature that the current study aims to address.
