This research project focuses on the assessment of sustainable agricultural practices aimed at enhancing crop yields within rural communities. The study is motivated by the imperative to address food insecurity and poverty prevalent in rural areas by promoting sustainable agricultural practices. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical research methodology, this study investigates various sustainable agricultural practices and their impact on crop yields in rural communities. Chapter One Introduction The introductory chapter presents the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definition of terms. The chapter sets the stage for understanding the importance of sustainable agricultural practices in improving crop yields in rural communities. Chapter Two Literature Review This chapter provides an in-depth review of existing literature on sustainable agricultural practices and their effects on crop yields in rural settings. It covers ten key aspects related to sustainable agriculture, including soil management, water conservation, crop rotation, organic farming, agroforestry, integrated pest management, and more. Chapter Three Research Methodology The research methodology chapter outlines the methodology employed in this study, including research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, and ethical considerations.
