The focus of this research study is to investigate the effectiveness of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on improving cardiovascular fitness and body composition in college students. The increasing prevalence of sedentary lifestyles and poor dietary habits among college students has led to a rise in obesity rates and related health issues. HIIT has gained popularity as a time-efficient and effective exercise strategy that can potentially address these concerns. This study aims to contribute valuable insights into the impact of HIIT on the health and fitness of college students. The research begins with a comprehensive review of relevant literature to establish the background and theoretical framework for the study.
