This research study investigates the impact of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on cardiovascular health in sedentary young adults through a randomized controlled trial. The prevalence of sedentary lifestyles among young adults has been associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases. HIIT has gained popularity as an effective exercise regimen that offers time-efficient benefits for cardiovascular health. This study aims to provide insights into the effectiveness of HIIT in improving cardiovascular health parameters among sedentary young adults. The research methodology involves a randomized controlled trial design with sedentary young adults aged between 18-30 years as participants.
