Abstract
This research study aims to investigate the impact of mindfulness training on reducing stress levels and improving mental health among college students through a randomized controlled trial. The prevalence of stress and mental health issues among college students has become a growing concern, affecting their overall well-being and academic performance. Mindfulness-based interventions have shown promising results in reducing stress and enhancing mental health in various populations, making it a relevant approach to explore in the college student context. The study will utilize a randomized controlled trial design to assess the effectiveness of mindfulness training in a sample of college students.
