This research study investigates the impact of mindfulness-based interventions on stress management among college students through a comparative analysis. Stress management is a critical aspect of college life, as students often face high levels of academic pressure, social challenges, and personal expectations. Mindfulness-based interventions have gained popularity as effective tools for promoting mental well-being and reducing stress levels.
