Abstract
This research study examines the impact of mindfulness-based interventions on stress reduction among college students through a randomized controlled trial. Stress among college students is a prevalent issue that can negatively affect academic performance, mental health, and overall well-being. Mindfulness-based interventions have gained attention as a promising approach to help individuals manage stress and improve psychological outcomes. This study aims to contribute to the existing literature by investigating the effectiveness of mindfulness-based interventions specifically tailored for college students. The research will be conducted using a randomized controlled trial design, with participants randomly assigned to either the intervention group or the control group.
