This research project focuses on the detailed analysis of landslides in a specific geological region to better understand their causes, characteristics, and impacts. The study area selected for this research is the XYZ region, known for its complex geology and history of landslides. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research, outlining the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure, and definition of key terms.
