Shaping Resilient and Equitable Cities of the Future The rapid urbanization witnessed across the globe has brought forth a pressing need to rethink the way we plan and design our cities. As the world's population becomes increasingly concentrated in urban areas, the challenges of sustainable development, resource management, and social equity have become more pronounced than ever before.
