This research project focuses on the implementation of sustainable property management practices in commercial real estate, aiming to explore the challenges, opportunities, and implications of adopting sustainable strategies in property management. The research begins with an introduction that provides an overview of the importance of sustainability in property management and sets the context for the study. The background of the study highlights the current state of sustainable practices in commercial real estate and the growing trend towards sustainability in the industry. The problem statement identifies the gaps and challenges in implementing sustainable property management practices, while the objectives of the study outline the specific goals and aims of the research.
