This research focuses on the utilization of GIS for effective property management in urban areas, aiming to enhance decision-making processes, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall property management practices. The research begins with an Introduction that highlights the importance of GIS in property management and sets the context for the study. The Background of the study provides an overview of existing literature on GIS applications in property management, emphasizing the gaps and opportunities for further research.
