This research project explores the potential of blockchain technology to address these challenges and enhance transparency and efficiency in property transactions within the real estate management sector. The research begins with an introduction that provides an overview of the significance of the study, followed by the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, and the structure of the research. Chapter two presents a comprehensive literature review on blockchain technology, real estate management, and the integration of blockchain in real estate transactions. The literature review discusses key concepts, existing studies, and the benefits and challenges of utilizing blockchain in real estate management. Chapter three details the research methodology employed in this study. It includes the research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, and ethical considerations.
