The implementation of sustainable waste management practices in urban areas has become crucial to address these issues. This research project aims to investigate the current waste management practices in urban areas and propose sustainable solutions to manage waste effectively. Chapter 1 provides an overview of the research, starting with the introduction to the topic of sustainable waste management in urban areas. The background of the study delves into the context of urban waste generation and its impact on the environment. The problem statement highlights the challenges faced in current waste management practices, leading to the necessity for sustainable solutions. The objectives of the study outline the goals and aims of the research, while the limitations and scope of the study define the boundaries and constraints. The significance of the study emphasizes the importance of implementing sustainable waste management practices in urban areas.
